Deposit and Payment
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your place on the tour and allows us to make the necessary arrangements on your behalf. The remaining balance of your tour cost is due no later than 90 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Payments not received by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, and both your reservation and deposit may be forfeited. Please note that all deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by DOC’S Tours.
Trip Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, delays, lost luggage, or medical emergencies while traveling. While participation in a travel insurance program is at the guest’s discretion, we emphasize its importance in safeguarding your investment. For your convenience, DOC’S Tours recommends TravelSafe as a trusted provider, though guests are welcome to use the insurer of their choice.
Airfare
Airfare is not included in the quoted price of the tour package. Guests are responsible for making their own flight arrangements. However, our team will gladly assist by providing recommendations on suitable routes, preferred carriers, and competitive airfare options to coordinate smoothly with your tour schedule. Please note that DOC’S Tours assumes no responsibility for airfare purchased independently, including costs associated with delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
Currency Conversion
All payments are processed in euros (€) or pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise specified. Payments made in other currencies will be subject to the applicable currency conversion rates in effect on the date the payment is processed. DOC’S Tours is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates or additional charges imposed by your bank or credit card provider.
Liability Disclaimer
Guests acknowledge that participation in a tour involves a degree of personal risk. While DOC’S Tours takes every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or expense sustained during the course of the tour. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents that may occur during transportation, accommodations, meals, excursions, or recreational activities. By confirming your booking, you agree that participation is at your own risk and that DOC’S Tours cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your deposit and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These policies are binding upon payment of the deposit and remain in effect for the duration of your tour.
