Deposit and Payment

To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of €500 per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your place on the tour and allows us to make the necessary arrangements on your behalf. The remaining balance of your tour cost is due no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Payments not received by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, and both your reservation and deposit may be forfeited. Please note that all deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by DOC’S Tours.
