Payments not received by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, and both your reservation and deposit may be forfeited. Airfare is not included in the quoted price of the tour package. Guests are responsible for making their own flight arrangements. However, our team will gladly assist by providing recommendations on suitable routes, preferred carriers, and competitive airfare options to coordinate smoothly with your tour schedule. Please note that DOC’S Tours assumes no responsibility for airfare purchased independently, including costs associated with delays, cancellations, or missed connections.

All payments are processed in euros (€) or pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise specified. Payments made in other currencies will be subject to the applicable currency conversion rates in effect on the date the payment is processed.
